Quality Management
Certified since 2011. A documented quality system covering every process from mold engineering to final dispatch, audited annually by an accredited third party.
Every VELTRON container is inspected, traced, and verified — from raw cullet to the pallet that leaves our gates.

Quality is the operating posture of the entire factory — every furnace, every mold, every operator, and every shipment held to the same documented criteria.
Our methodology blends international frameworks with brand-specific acceptance criteria, so what arrives at your filling line behaves exactly like the bottle you approved.
Every container moves through five gated checkpoints before it is released. Each gate is documented, traceable, and signed off by a qualified inspector.

Every batch of cullet, silica, soda ash and limestone is sampled, tested, and traceably logged before it ever reaches the furnace.

Operators sample bottles at fixed intervals, checking weight, wall distribution and dimensional drift against tooling references.

Each container passes a multi-camera optical inspection station that flags inclusions, blisters, and surface defects in real time.

Statistical sampling on calibrated gauges verifies neck finish, height, body diameter and base flatness against your approved drawing.

Trained QC engineers sign off each pallet, attach lot-traceable documentation, and seal it for export-grade shipment.
Independently verified across rolling annual audits and on-shipment data.
Documented defect rate across critical and major categories, verified by rolling on-shipment data.
Every container passes through automated optical inspection before it is released to packing.
Verified on-time, in-full performance across rolling 12-month export shipments.
Average score across third-party audits in the last three years — independently verified.

Our metrology and physical-test laboratory runs the full ASTM and ISO test battery for primary glass packaging — without ever sending samples off-site.
Hot-to-cold cycling validates resistance to filling-line temperature swings.
Burst-pressure testing ensures every shape exceeds carbonation and pasteurization needs.
Compression testing certifies stack integrity for full-pallet, multi-leg shipments.
Pendulum impact testing simulates conveyor and palletization knocks.
Polariscope inspection confirms residual stress is within ASTM thresholds.
Verified fill volumes with calibrated reference equipment for label accuracy.

We work with a curated set of raw-material suppliers and verify each batch on arrival. Iron content, particle size, and moisture are measured before any material is charged into the furnace.
Our extra-flint (high-clarity) production runs use 100% virgin batch with no recycled cullet. Standard-flint lines reintroduce up to 30% high-quality cullet under strict colour and contamination controls — a measurable benefit for clarity, energy use, and finished-bottle CO₂ footprint.
Our certifications are not posters — they are operating contracts with auditors who arrive unannounced.

All shipments may be tendered for SGS third-party inspection on request — pre-shipment sampling, optical verification, and dimensional reporting.
Materials and processes meet U.S. Food and Drug Administration food-contact requirements, with batch documentation available for retailer audits.
Certificates state the standard. These are the on-floor practices that keep our shipments inside it.
