What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard catalog bottles start at 6,000 units per SKU. Custom mold programs typically begin at 30,000 units to amortize tooling, but we can structure phased commitments for early-stage brands.
How long does a custom packaging program take?
A typical custom mold program runs 10 to 14 weeks from approved tech pack to first production. Decoration-only programs on existing molds can ship in 4 to 6 weeks.
Can you ship samples internationally?
Yes. Standard catalog samples are prepared and dispatched worldwide via DHL or FedEx in roughly 20 business days. Custom prototype samples follow a separate timeline and are quoted per project.
Which decoration techniques do you offer?
Screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, spray coating, embossing, and UV lacquering — six finishes handled in-house with full color and registration QC at every stage.
Do you support sustainable packaging programs?
We offer light-weighted profiles, post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass blends, and FSC-certified secondary packaging. Sustainability documentation is provided on request for retailer compliance.
How is pricing structured?
Quotes itemize tooling (one-time), unit price by volume tier, decoration, secondary packaging, and freight. We share full cost breakdowns so procurement teams can compare cleanly.
